Hi, I'm Ruby/Kitaissa! I'm an illustrator who enjoys making artwork inspired by webcomics, various online artists, and fashion. I enjoy making fun, playful images. I use various bright, vivid colors whenever I can. I work primarily digitally because it's the best way to capture those types of colors, but I'm also very familiar with traditional mediums (especially gouache). Pink and cyan are what I enjoy using the most, especially when they're highly saturated. I love all things pink and cute.
I see drawing as a means to make my fantasies become materialized. My drawings often consist of my own characters and designs. Through my work, I hope that others can see a glimpse of the character in their own world. When I create my works, I like to think about capturing the essence of the characters and how they can interact in their own realm.
